I want to squeeze her. She’s so unbelievably adorable, I could squeeze her cheeks right off. Ok, maybe not off but you get what I mean. This is my gorgeous, adorable, loving, smiling, happy as can be newly one year old niece Emily. And I love her. As I posted earlier, my sister got married last weekend and with weddings comes family. Though I loved my sister’s wedding and it was beautiful and everything she wanted it to be, my favorite part of this weekend was this smiling face. As I’ve mentioned before on this blog, my brother, his wife, and their 3 children live in Tennessee and while I love Tennessee, I hate that they are so far away. I just don’t get to see this squeezably soft face nearly enough! I absolutely adore my brother and his family so it breaks my heart that we don’t live closer.
I had to take advantage of the time they spent here so one afternoon on our way out the door, I grabbed my mom’s camera and snapped these few shots of my girl. Meet Emily Elizabeth – the most gorgeous, adorable, loving, smiling, happy as can be newly one year old you ever did meet…if I do say so myself 🙂
